You will find a few pics with description of the different conditions of the wall. It isn't finished in these pics. I will post more pics showing the currently finished wall which has pallets of extra bags and empty pallets on the wall trying to hold the damn plastic down.
The flood recently peaked at about 40.87 I believe and the wall is at 42 ft. currently. Right now the flood is going down but we have upcoming snow tomorrow and there is water from another river that has not drained into the Red River. So for now the city is on high alert for leaks and rising water. So no desktop for a few more days but hopefully nothing more than a week tops.
